When you experience a loss, it can be difficult to know where to turn. Grief can be all-consuming and leave you feeling lost and alone.

Here are just a few of the UK Charities To Support You Through Grief:

Cruse Bereavement Care:

Cruse offer support to anyone who has been affected by bereavement. They have a helpline, local support groups and online resources.

Childhood Bereavement Network:

The Childhood Bereavement Network support children and young people who have lost someone close to them. They offer training, resources and support to professionals working with bereaved children.

Compassionate Friends:

The Compassionate Friends offer support to parents and siblings who have lost a child. They have a helpline, local support groups and an online forum.

Winston's Wish:

Winston's Wish is a charity that supports children and young people who have been bereaved. They offer advice, resources and support to children, young people and their families.

Widowed and Young (WAY):

WAY offer support to those under 50 who are widowed and they are a brilliant organisation. They have a helpline, online forum and local support groups.
