Can you check my photo before I order?
Yes — I offer a free photo suitability check. Send me your image before ordering and I’ll personally check it and advise whether it’s suitable for engraving.
Can you use an old, faded or damaged photograph?
Often, yes. My professional photography and photo-editing experience helps me improve older photographs before engraving. The result depends on the detail available in the original, so please send yours for a free check if you’re unsure.
When will my order be dispatched?
Your personalised keepsake will be engraved and dispatched within 3 working days. Delivery time is additional, and UK tracked delivery is free.
Does my order come gift boxed?
