This gorgeous limited edition sterling silver necklace features two individual heart charms, sized at 15mm and 10mm on a dainty silver necklace. Choose to have the large charm engraved with your choice of photo, handwriting, paw print, baby ultrasound, fingerprint and more. The small heart charm can then be engraved with your choice of initial(s). We only have a handful of these necklaces in stock so once they are gone, they are gone for good!
